Archetto Seating by Sybarite and Marzorati Ronchetti

London-based architectural firm Sybarite together with Marzorati Ronchetti have created the Archetto seating. To celebrate the 70th edition of Pitti Uomo (the most important men’s fashion event worldwide held in Florence 11/14 January), Marzorati Ronchetti has entrusted Sybarite with the task of creating a design concept which can furnish an area by combining aesthetics and multi-functionality. The result is a module which sits on the borderline between business, leisure, entertainment, and hospitality. All of this is expressed in an organic and free-flowing form with great technological potential
The project came into being in order to furnish the Buyers’ Club, a room used by members of the National Chamber of Buyers which this year is working with Fashion Illustrated to organise meetings and roundtables. The concept: starting from the necessity to furnish an area of relatively small size, while equipping it with a series of seating options which are functional and welcoming at the same time, a sculptured arc was designed surrounded by some satellite bodies and decorative elements.
