This new, three storey, four bedroom, north facing residence, sited on a battle axe block was designed to take maximum advantage of outstanding water views and maintain absolute privacy to the adjacent neighbours. The building replaced a small older style single level house and had to be skilfully designed to adhere to local approving authority’s view sharing policy and ensure minimal view loss to the neighbours behind. The house is concealed behind a timber battened garage door and entry gate to the street but then reveals itself as one enters the site and moves through the landscaped garden from the front gate to the front door. Only glimpses of the panoramic water view that lies beyond are revealed along this journey.

This style is crafted in a sleek black and neon color format giving it a futuristic feel. Look for this watch to be released in March as part of Hublot’s “Confrerie” exclusive watch collection.

There’s a new Pagani on the road, ladies and gentlemen. The new Pagani Huayra has been officially revealed to the world, although few of us may ever see it in the flesh. The Huayra is the newest flagship of this boutique Italian sports car manufacturer, a name that will replace the equally-fun-to-say Zonda. Like its predecessor, the Pagani Huayra will be a rare bird in the world of super cars, as Pagani is expected to produce less than 40 Huayras within the first year of its production.

A revamped website, check. The introduction of new models, check. Honoring the classics with a book, check. And that was just the “to do list” for the month of January. In its follow-up act, Nike SB is keeping the creative juice flowing with brand new colorways to the pre-exist models. Of course, the most notable (and identifiable) is the bright red Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski SB. With Valentine’s Day just weeks away, the Janoski put on the “color of love”, in a tonal red on red ensemble with contrast white sole and stitching. The Nike Zoom Omar Salazar also is in the mood for love, though not as drastic as Janoski, with subtle hint of red on its Flywire and Nike Swoosh. Then there are those who put on “war paint” quite literally like the Nike Zoom FP in Dark Army and Black. Of course, let’s not forget the classic, the Nike Dunk High Premium in beautifully woven twill of blue. The Nike Skateboarding footwear collection for February 2011 will be available at Nike SB retailers around the globe in the coming weeks.
