Murakami Versailles Book

Earlier this year saw the father of the Superflat art movement Takashi Murakami descend on a noble venue with his Palace of Versailles exhibition. The event in itself was controversial based on the comments made by the French Royal family regarding the content of Murakami’s work. Nevertheless, the once in a lifetime event was captured in the following book published by Xavier Barral. It features 280 pages involving the exhibition with a number of intimate angles of each sculpture. The book is available now at colette.
