Tom Ford Brings Glamour Back!

Fashionistas around the world are going crazy over the return of Tom Ford to womenswear! Ford is famously known for bringing Gucci back to life in the '90s and, most recently, he made headlines for his critically acclaimed movie A Single Man.

It's been six years since the very talented designer left YSL and it sounds like he's picking up right where he left off saying, "There’s a continuity from what I was doing at YSL at the end; that’s the customer." Shot by Steven Meisel, these gorgeous new photos of his collection have just been released to Vogue. As you can see, the clothes refreshingly reference the '70s (instead of the '50s, thank God!) with timeless, stylish pieces women can treasure forever. "It’s about individuality. Real clothes, real women. For a fashionable woman aged 25 to 75...I want this to be somewhere a woman knows she can go when she wants a great jacket—not a fake expensive jacket, something that has intrinsic value...I don’t think fashion has to change every five minutes. I’d like these to be clothes you can wear for a long time—ten, 20 years; pass on to your daughter. Why buy vintage when you can open your own closet!"
