“Heroes: The Route of Exposure” bu Adrian Tranquilli

Today we present you an interesting body of work by artist Adrian Tranquilli. In his exhibition “Heroes: The Route of Exposure” the artist tries to show for once the vulnerability of super heroes.
“In this series, sculptor Adrian Tranquilli shows us the rarely seen, vulnerable side of our favorite superheroes.
Tranquilli wanted to focus less on the heroes’ superpowers and psychic abilities, and more on their human fragility. As a result, Batman is positioned on his knees looking for answers while Superman is coming out of the wall injured and bloody.

Tranquilli was born in Melbourne in 1966, and currently lives in Rome.”

The Air Jordan II (2) has made a triumphant return to retail shelves this year already with special releases including the Silver Anniversary Edition and most recently the Premio Bin 23 Edition and now Jordan fans can brace themselves as the original colorway in White, Black, and Varsity Red will be available shortly. This original colorway is the same colorway of the Air Jordan II that Jordan wore when he averaged 37.1 points per game as a second year player with the Chicago Bulls. Look for these to be available in the US in a few short weeks and if you’re in Japan they are available now at Chapter Express.

BBC Ice Cream Fall/Winter 2010 Preview

Last week Pharrell and BBC Ice Cream hosted a preview for the line’s Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. While the line has matured a little (which is a good thing) the new collection keeps to the core values of that ‘billionaire boys club’ lifestyle. Space age inspiration is still strong in the line but colors are a bit more tame and the cuts have matured.
